Ivy was an online friend I'd originally spoken to on Miiverse back when it was still around... After it shut down and the users moved to other platforms, I still kept in touch with her on Twitter and Instagram, the former of which she was most active on, often posting art pieces she'd made or screenshots and clips from games she was playing. She posted just about every day, typically starting with a "Good morning" post to greet the day and her online friends like a kindly neighbor, and it was always a joy to speak to her; she always had a very kind demeanor and would stop to talk to us quite often when we responded to her posts... It went on like this for a few more years, but then in September 2021, she got sick... and near the end of that month her son posted through her account and told us she was gone... It shook all of us who knew her, and I was devastated to learn what had happened... I honestly wish I had spoken to her more during what turned out to be her last days. Ever since, I'd been posting tributes to her on her birthday to honor her memory, and I've collected them all here as a sort of memorial page. This is for you, my friend...
